Please ensure you understand, and are happy with, your chosen method of preservation, i.e. pressed, preserved or encapsulated. Your flowers will be preserved immediately upon receipt and all methods are irreversible.
-
Upon arrival your bouquet or floral arrangement will be photographed, measured and sketched. Once your flowers have been preserved, we will use this information to recreate your arrangement in your box frame using some artistic interpretation.
-
We estimate that your items should be available for collection 10-12 weeks from the date we receive your flowers but we are unable to guarantee this. This timescale is based on you advising us of your frame choice, message for engraving paperweights, and providing memorabilia or fabric, on or before the day we receive your flowers. Failure to do so could result in your items being delayed.
-
Sometimes it may be necessary to enhance the colour of your flowers artificially. Please advise us if you do not want us to do this.
-
The colour of some flowers will alter during the preservation process. In particular pink and red flowers will darken and white flowers will become cream. Most colours will become matt in appearance. The texture of the preserved flowers will also change. Please ensure you are aware of the changes you should expect in your individual flowers. We are happy to discuss this with you.
-
We are not able to supply your flowers to you unframed due to their very delicate nature, neither are we able to use a frame supplied by you.
-
We are unable to accept responsibility for changes to your flowers after they leave our premises. They are extremely delicate and must be treated with care, kept out of direct sunlight and away from heat or damp. We are not able to predict the lifespan, or guarantee the look of natural material in your finished item beyond the time it leaves our premises.
-
We will advise you if we think any of your flowers are unsuitable, or have deteriorated too much to be preserved. We are happy for you to provide alternative flowers or if you wish, we can try source a close match at additional cost.
-
We reserve the right to use pictures of your flowers and completed items on our website and in marketing material.
-
We respectfully request that your items are collected from us, and paid for in full, within 6 weeks of the date we advise you they are completed. We reserve the right to dispose of your item if it is not collected with this time.
-
We strongly recommend that you personally collect completed items from us as they are very fragile and fragments may become loose if not handled with care.
-
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused to your completed item during transit should you request that we arrange delivery by courier. However, we will endeavour to resolve any problems, to the best of our ability, if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
