A non-refundable deposit of £90 for bouquets is required upon booking.
Please be aware that DURING BUSY PERIODS, THE PRESERVATION OF YOUR BOUQUET CAN TAKE UPTO 5 MONTHS.
The remainder of the full balance will be payable when you collect your flowers.
The method of preservation is freeze drying. Upon receipt, your flowers will immediately be preserved and this process is irreversible.
During the preservation process the shape and form of your flowers and foliage may shrink as a result of the moisture being removed and there will be some colour changes and the flowers will take on a DRIED appearance. Please note that these changes are a completely normal side effect of any type of flower preservation , but we strive to ensure that your flowers retain their original colour.
WHITE FLOWERS WILL DARKEN TO CREAM AND RED FLOWERS WILL ALSO DARKERN.
We endeavour to reproduce your bouquet to ensure it closely replicates the original and a degree of artistic interpretation is used in order to achieve this.
In the event that an order is placed by a third party on behalf of the owner of the flowers, it is the responsibility of the third party to communicate these Terms and Conditions to the original owner of the flowers
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that your flowers arrive with us in the best possible condition. We will contact you immediately if some flowers in your bouquet are too damaged to preserve successfully.
We reserve the right to include pictures of your flowers and completed items in our marketing material, on social media and website. Please let us know if you'd rather us not use these pictures.
We reserve the right to dispose of your completed frame if not collected within 3 months of your advised completion date.
